The cap builder will only let caps be purchased by authorized representatives of Nike Team Dealers.
If you are not a Nike Team Dealer, but work with one, you can build your cap and send it to them to place your order. If you do not have a Nike Team Dealer, you can find one here. A Nike Team Dealer can help you order Nike caps, uniforms and equipment.

Of course! You can still choose to share your designs with your local Nike Team Dealer or on social media directly from the builder. If you are a team sports sales representative, to place an order your account will need to be linked with an authorized Nike Team Dealer.

Nope! You don’t need an account to build a cap. However, we recommend that you do set up an account so that you can save and share your designs, create a user profile, and place an order. If you are a team sports sales representative, to place an order your account will need to be linked with an authorized Nike Team Dealer.

Your order confirmation will provide you with the estimated date for production and shipping. Please note that these dates are set after your final approval of the production art. The production time can change due to seasonal factors but in general custom orders will ship within six (6) weeks from final art approval. Stock decorated cap orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days from final art approval. Blank stock orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
Custom cap orders are produced overseas. There is currently no work in progress tracking information that can be sent to you. Once the caps arrive in the United States you will receive an email with the tracking information from the domestic carrier.
For stock caps that are decorated in Missouri, when the caps are completed you will get an email with tracking information from the domestic carrier.

The best option for getting caps quickly is to select a STOCK cap. The inventory and production is in Missouri. You can check current availability by style, color and size by accessing AVAILABLE STOCK INVENTORY at the bottom of any page.
Stock caps can be ordered blank or decorated.

Several are available, depending upon the cap style you select. The type of fabric used for each cap is in the product description.
Nike Dri-FIT* Bozz is a lightweight, polyester performance fabric with a micro-diamond pattern and a smooth hand-feel.
Nike Dri-FIT* Wool is a heavier polyester performance fabric with a brushed wool texture and hand-feel. Stretch-fit caps have 2% spandex blended in.
Washed Cotton Twill is a pre-washed cotton twill fabric that has a great broken-in and comfortable feel .
*Nike Dri-FIT is a high performance fabric that moves sweat away from the body and to the fabric surface, where it evaporates. As a result, Dri-FIT keeps athletes dry and comfortable.
Custom orders have a minimum of eighteen (18) pieces per design and colorway. After the minimum order quantity has been met, you can order in singles thereafter.
Stock orders have a minimum of twelve (12) pieces per design and colorway. After the minimum order quantity has been met, you can order in singles thereafter.
Blank caps do not have a minimum order quantity.
Custom caps are made-to-order overseas and allow us to offer them to you in an expansive variety of customizable options. In addition, embroidering a logo on a flat panel prior to constructing the cap allows for finer detail, expanded 3D capabilities and larger logo sizes. Since custom caps are made-to-order and ship from overseas, they require a longer lead time.
Stock caps are pre-built Nike caps in popular styles and core colors. Stock inventory is available in our Missouri facility. While embroidered caps may have some constraints during the finishing process, the final outcome remains exceptional. Stock decorated cap orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days from final art approval. To achieve the most visually appealing stock caps, focus on utilizing smaller design sizes and maintaining simplicity, avoiding intricate details as much as possible.
Blank caps are available to order at nike.teamheadwear.com. Shop our “Stock” category to see the Nike headwear styles to choose from. There’s no minimum purchase necessary, and the caps will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
The player tag is a label sewn into the sweatband that allows you to write a player’s name and number in permanent marker. This is the most cost effective way to provide individual identification to a cap.
